1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 2jl2 Casino ("2jl2", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), a gaming operator duly licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) under License No. PAGCOR-2jl2-2020-PH.

• Uploading viruses, malware, or other malicious code

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 2jl2 Casino, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors (collectively, the "2jl2 Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 2jl2 Casino platform.

The 2jl2 Parties shall not be liable for any damages arising from: (a) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content; (b) personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to or use of our services; (c) unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and any personal or financial information stored therein; (d) interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform; (e) bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components transmitted by third parties; or (f) errors or omissions in any content.

In no event shall the 2jl2 Parties' total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited with 2jl2 Casino during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of 2jl2 Casino services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All gaming operations are conducted under the authority of PAGCOR and are subject to PAGCOR rules and regulations.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

10.3 Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of 2jl2 Casino services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

11. Changes to Terms

2jl2 Casino reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
